RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items

• Products returned without original packaging

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.

• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per this policy.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Valayal, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
